I got caught by what the lady said was a sniper site. Charged me extra to have the flowers delivered on mothers day and still came a day early. Upset I called and expressed to the lady that I was looking forward to have them on mothers day so I could see the reaction from my girlfriend of 3 years and this was the first time I've ever ordered flowers online. She went above and beyond to tell me how this "sniper" site worked and then sent her a beautiful single rose surrounded by other accomdating arrangements that was indeed delivered on mothers day. Huge thank you to this place and look forward to future purchases. Great job.
